We have created 3 in-depth Hyperdocs to provide opportunities to explore fitness. One hyperdoc is called "Musclemania", a second is called "Workout Wisdom" and the 3rd is a combination of the 2 for a comprehensive fitness unit, called "Fundamental Fitness". Clicking any of the links above will allow you to preview the Hyperdocs first, including being able to advance through all of the slides. If you would like a copy, simply click the blue "Use Template" button and you will have your own copy which you can edit and share with the students via Google Classroom or another LMS.

Eric did a great job of ensuring that students engage, explore, apply and evaluate via these hyperdocs. He includes the teacher resources needed prior to digging in, as well (video options on "Health-Related Fitness", "Parts of a Workout" and "How FITT are You?"). Within the Hyperdoc students are tasked with designing an detailed one day workout, a month long workout, as well as creating a "Muscle" video or Slides presentation. Additionally, assessments in the form of rubrics, pre and post tests and reflection questions, as well as the Standards and GLOs that are addressed are included.

We are, also, making available all of the additional files that were used to create the Hyperdocs, here: goo.gl/aYM2Pn The additional files for "Fundamental Fitness" are available in the "Fundamental Fitness" folder. Within that folder you will notice that there are a number of HPE Hyperdocs available. The way you can tell which file is the "main" Hyperdoc is that it has the word "Hyperdoc" in the title. The other files are the additional files that are linked to from the Hyperdoc. Those files are there so that if you need to tweak the Hyperdoc and its files to best meet the needs of your students you are able to do so easily, quickly and efficiently.
