    Fitnessgram Record Sheet: 6-8

    in MS PE Idea Tank

This sheet allows easy Healthy Fitness Zone lookup: http://bit.ly/35CIOXm. This is designed to be used in printed form, but it could, also, easily be added to Google Classroom as an assignment and set for "Make a copy for each student". When students open the assignment each will be given their own copy and their name will appear in the filename. Teachers have access to all records conveniently either from Classroom or from Google Drive within the folder for that class.

Hi Becky - thanks again for all you guys do for all of us! When I click on the lookup on this page, it takes me to the FitnessGram Record Sheet K-5, not 6-8. I'd love to get access to the 6-8 if you have a moment to look into it. Thanks so much!

Should be fixed, now. So sorry about that! One other note: you might be interested in this option, as well: https://www.cbhpe.org/idea-tank/ms-pe-idea-tank/physical-fitness-data-collection-template-1

It does a ton of calculations for you for whole grade levels and is an awesome way to look at your data within and across grade levels and for examining year to year growth.
