This is a great workout with middle school students which I have used. We took the Ants In My Pants Darebee workout and screen shot each exercise onto a slide along with a 20 second timer. We then converted this into a video to make it super easy for teachers to use. Using this workout allows students to focus on one exercise at a time. By using a projector, I gained the equivalent of a teacher's aide and this allowed me to perform the exercises with my students or talk with individual students and share tips to perfect their form. https://goo.gl/cnfyKL
